myWOD ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
We collect information you provide directly, such as workout logs, performance data, and account details. We may also collect device information and usage analytics to improve the app experience. Our subscription provider, RevenueCat, also records which app features you use or tried to use without a subscription (timers, calculator, charts, backup, Generate a WOD), by day. Dates only, no workout content.
Your data is used to provide and improve the myWOD service, including tracking your workouts, displaying your progress, and personalizing your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely and we implement appropriate technical measures to protect it. Workout data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our secure servers.
On mywodapp.com and mywodcoach.com we use Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits, app store link clicks, checkout starts, free trial sign-ups and purchases, and to measure and improve our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. These tools may set cookies and receive your device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, ad click identifiers and campaign tags (UTM parameters), and the plan and price of a purchase. We do not send your name or email address to these platforms. Campaign tags and consent status are also stored with your subscription in our billing provider (RevenueCat / Stripe).
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland, these tools only run after you click Accept on our cookie notice; we keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the notice version shown. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime using "Cookie settings" in the site footer. Elsewhere, you can opt out using your browser's cookie controls, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or your Facebook ad preferences.
When you send us a message through the contact form on mywodapp.com, we receive your name (if you give one), your email address and your message. We use them to reply to you, and we keep a copy for up to 90 days. If you sign up for updates, or if you write to us from a country outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, we also add your email address to our email updates list, which we send through our email provider, Brew. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time at info@mywodapp.com.
If you join the early-access list on mywodcoach.com, we collect your email address and the date you joined. We use it only to email you about myWOD Coach, and we send those emails through our email provider, Brew. We keep a record of your sign-up (when, from which page and the notice shown). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time at info@mywodapp.com. The mywodcoach.com site uses the same Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tools, on the same consent rules, described in the analytics section above (in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland they only run after you click Accept). You can change your choice anytime using "Cookie settings" in that site's footer.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@mywodapp.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app.
