1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to myWOD! By accessing, downloading, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

2. Use of the App

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. User Account: You may need to register an account to use some features. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the app, or that violates any applicable law or regulation.

3. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you submit to the app. However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the app and our business. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must ensure that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the app is at your sole risk. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. No Medical Advice: The app does not provide medical advice. Do not rely on our app for health decisions; consult with a healthcare provider for advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myWOD, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
