Yes you can. Email yourself the database and when the app is initially launched it will prompt for the database. If you need assistance please email me at [email protected]
It is possible, go to your app store and look for previously downloaded apps. Some users are reporting that the app is still there and can be reinstalled. That should find any previous data as long as that has not been purged. If data is recovered, please see above for next steps.
Please email as much information as possible, preferably screenshots; with the old app and new app for examples. Though we will strive to ensure a seamless process between the two platforms we can guarantee 100% perfect process. We are not the same company, myWOD prior to 2017 was another company all together. I have restarted the brand and app, though I understand the question; I am not associated with the older developer or company. We ask that you trust us to provide a new product with development improvements on the road map.

As I strive to ensure the most common workouts are listed, I am sure I could have missed some. Please email [email protected] subject workouts and will consider adding at the next release. Please understand it has to be a common box workout, a workout that is done locally vs. regionally would be best to be added manually. At the least, I do plan on adding the open workouts once a year. Please be patient as I will release this following the release of the final workout. Please just keep your score card and add them historically.
I've been using myWOD to track my workouts and maxes whenever I got to CrossFit. It's been a staple in helping me not just log workouts but map my progress.
